As a tenant, in good standing, of DOWDA REALTY, Inc. you may qualify for 5% of your monthly rent to be applied towards the closing costs of the purchase of a home. Up to 1.5% of the purchase price can be applied toward the purchase of a home, through DOWDA REALTY, Inc.. You can save up to ˝ the closing costs with this program. This program applies to any home or property in the “Multiple Listing for Sale”, not necessarily the unit that you are renting. There are no additional fees or increase in rent. “IT PAYS-TO-STAY”! Upon completion of each annual lease the registered tenant(s) gains an additional $300.00 credit applied to the home purchase. (Cap remains at 1.5% of the purchase price).
