Dowda Realty, Inc. provides property management in Colorado Springs and serves the entire Pike’s Peak region and El Paso County, including Manitou Springs, Fountain, Monument, Black Forest, Woodland Park, Peyton, Ute Pass, Ellicott, Security, Calhan, Falcon, Old Colorado City, and Colorado Springs.
Dowda Realty is a family owned and operated company. We strive to provide excellence in service and quality. The Dowda’s have been your neighbors, in Colorado Springs, since 1967. Sandra Dowda started as a property manager with Heritage Realty in 1989. Sandra opened Central Office Heritage Realty at 431 West Bijou Street, C/S, CO, in 1995. We have been at that location since then. We became Dowda Realty, Inc. in 2004!
As proud members of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers), we strive for excellence through continuing education, knowledge, and experience. Sandra Dowda, (Owner/Consultant) holds the acclaimed MPM (Master of Property Management) designation through NARPM. Locally, John C. Norgord, Employing Broker, is also on the Board of Directors was the Colorado Springs Chapter President for 2009 and still serves on the Executive Board of Directors. Shannon Dowda-Norgord was Chapter President in 2008. Dowda Realty seeks to uphold the standards and ethics NARPM encompasses.
NARPM is an association of real estate professionals who know first-hand the unique problems and challenges of managing single-family and small residential properties.
